At Midnapore Health Centre we recognize that everyone is different, so while we can provide advanced exercises for the elite athlete we recognize that for busy people, overloaded parents, or those not used to exercising that most programs are too intensive and designed to fail. We see lots of people who are continually injured by trying to exercise due to poor mechanics or bad advice. The goal of manual treatment is to help muscle and joint mechanics. Improve mechanics and the right type of exercise and you will dramatically decreases your risk of injury from exercising. We like to begin with basic, simple exercises to ease pain, get you moving and start the healing process.
We provide practical key exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime and get great results. As you feel better we can advance your exercise programs to meet your fitness goals. So, whether you are the elite athlete, the weekend warrior, or the couch potato (and we have lots of exercises you can do while sitting in front of your TV) we have the exercise program for you.
We have excellent posture programs, core stability, gymball and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) programs available.
